Published over 1 year ago • 2 min read

Hello Reader, its been a minute since my last drop into your inbox and I am excited to share with you our new programme for this autumn and the coming winter. Keep warm by joining me and Katie at Blue Lotus soul school for dance meditation (and tea!), or come laugh your body warm this winter with me and Brian on our Improv for happiness workshops in-person and online.

Get creative, get reflective, and in the collective this winter with your Creative Learning Community!

Here is what we have got coming up for you;

Improv for Happiness

Xmas Bootcamp: live zoom sessions 3-5pm (UK) 28th 29th & 30th December

In-person free taster Portsmouth Guildhall 10-12pm 6th Nov

People often worry about how they are coming across in a social situation, some people struggle with thoughts of being a failure or not good enough.

We are all constantly bombarded with 'perfection' and the idea that 'life goals' make us whole, that we are conditioned to believe that every step we take must have meaning and be 'right'. That we worry, plan and concern ourselves in the search for this perfection, sometimes to the point of feeling empty, confused and demoralised. Add in the mix the stress and strain of life, this search to always 'get it right' is exhausting.

Improv can help!

Awakened Bellydance™ & Blue Lotus Soul School with Katie Holland

5 live zoom sessions Nov-Dec 22
This is for Souls who have an interest in plant medicine and sacred dance. We will meet online for five weeks and begin our sacred dances by drinking Blue Lotus (Nymphea Caerula) tea together. Our dances are inspired by the five growth stages of the Blue Lotus, combined with the four prime alchemical stages; Nigredo, Albedo, Citrinitas, Rubedo, then emerging in our beautiful blooming by dancing the 'Dance of Nefertum'. Price includes your own Blue Lotus Tea (deadline for postage 23rd Oct)

Portsmouth Improv Experience

Free Online 15th Oct & 19th Nov

In-person Portsmouth Milton Village

We offer a friendly, open and welcoming space to all. If this takes an interest but your not sure, come alone and say hi
