Hello Reader, how are you? sorry its been a while since I was in contact.

I have some news for the autumn period, with some cool projects that I'm really excited about.

October is world mental health month and this year we have added to our Global Conversations podcast to include livestreaming events on our social media channels every Friday at 1:30pm. The UK Mental Health Foundation has released a selection of really useful books about various aspects of looking after your mental health and wellbeing. They can be downloaded for free or ordered for printed copy - click here to see the selection

Below are some happenings that we wanted to keep you updated on. Do get in touch if any of these are of interest, it will be great to hear from you.

Take a Course:

Managing fatigue

Are you struggling with burnout and exhaustion? Often feel guilty that you just can't do the things you 'should' be able too?

Coping with life and chronic fatigue can be a challenge. This 6 week group programme is developed from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy methods by a BABCP accredited therapist. We aim to help you find ways to build more energy and reclaim the things you love

Weekly Zoom Sessions

Monday's at 2pm-4pm (UK)

Portsmouth Improv Experience

Class run by Brian Armstrong who will lead you in a feel good workshop using short improv games.

In person and on Zoom Saturday evenings every 1st and 3rd of the month!

NEXUS Women's Art & Wellbeing

Offering a creative and wellbeing space for women to connect and try new activities, continues weekly throughout October.

Every Tuesday 11am (UK) in-person and on zoom.

Sacred Dance with Katie Holland 50% off

Dancing through our own perceived blockages within individual and collective journeys we move in soul resonance. Observing what we need to heal, learn and dream we will explore and experience our innate power.
